VirtualTraining Desktop subscription is limited to PC. The Desktop subscription enables full indoor training functionality except premium features.
The subscription is linked to your user account.
VirtualTraining iOS subscription is limited to iPad or iPhone, with the full indoor training functionality except premium features. The VirtualTraining iOS subscription plan is the universal subscription for the iOS platform, allowing you to use your iPhone or iPad with the same account. If you choose to subscribe through iTunes you will only have access to CVT from the device that you used to subscribe.
VirtualTraining Android is the subscription for the Android platform with the full indoor training functionality except premium features. If you use an Android device, it's simple, because now one single app will work both on your phone and tablet. If you choose to subscribe through Google Play you will only have access to CVT from the device that you used to subscribe.
We recommend to pay via the VirtualTraining iOS subscription via our website, as this allows you to use both iPhone and iPad. The iTunes subscription is limited to one device only (iPad or iPhone)...
Route editor is free. You don't need to buy any additional subscription. Route editor is available on Windows only, but you can also upload the activity into your training diary and create the route based on outdoor data via the web portal of VirtualTraining.
If you have a Premium subscription you can add you partner's user account to your family sharing group. He/she will get the same functionality as you, limited to the same devices (PC, Android, iPhone, iPad) like you. More about family sharing:here.
During the first 14 days of the trial period all premium features are enabled. Once the trial expires, the App will limit rides in free ride training to 1 hour only. You can activate your subscription at any time to unlock all functionality again.
All VirtualTraining plans purchased via the VirtualTraining website are connected to your user account. You can log into your Virtual Training account and you can manage the subscription in Settings > Subscription. In case of iTunes / Google Play payments, you have to do any changes via your iTunes / Google Play account.
You have probably exceeded the number of allowed devices for your subscription. Please check the management of allowed devices and remove an unused device first. After that you can try to refresh the settings in the new VT App (or log in again). More about allowed devices here.
